Cory is the co-founding partner of Liu & Yang Notaries Public Corporation. He earned a Master’s Degree in Applied Legal Studies from Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from University of British Columbia.
Prior to becoming a Notary Public, Cory was a notarial assistant and a senior real estate conveyancer. He now practices in all areas of notarial work, including real estate conveyance, mortgages and estate planning documents.
At his free time, Cory enjoys various sports and has a keen interest in BC’s real estate market. He also devotes his time to volunteer as a guest speaker on legal topics for communities.
Cory speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
